In June 1997, Nanshan clothing corporation was established.

In March 2000, the products of Nanshan worsted General Factory were approved by the international wool bureau to use the pure wool mark for the first time.

In August 2003, Nanshan worsted products won the title of Shandong famous brand for the first time, and was awarded the "development base of high count pure wool products" by the national textile product development center for the first time. In September, Nanshan worsted products won the title of China famous brand.

In October 2006, the construction of Nanshan textile and Clothing Industrial Park began, including Bowen factory, Hilton factory and Fashion Plaza.

In 2007, Shandong Nanshan Textile Clothing Co., Ltd. was established to comprehensively develop the worsted clothing industry, forming a complete industrial chain from wool to clothing in just a few years.

In 2008, it successively established Italian branch, American branch, Beijing Branch and other domestic and foreign branches.

In 2011, "Nanshan · Wool Textile Research Institute of Xi'an University of Engineering" was jointly established with Xi'an University of engineering, and "Beifu · Nanshan professional wear Research Institute" was jointly established with Beijing Institute of clothing.

In March 2013, Nanshan textile cooperated with the international wool bureau to establish the world's only creative research institution for wool woven fabrics.

In 2014, Beifu Nanshan professional wear Research Institute participated in the fashion design and production of national leaders at the 2014 APEC meeting.

In 2016, Shandong Nanshan Textile & Apparel Co., Ltd. was granted the certificate of high-tech enterprise.

In January 2017, Shandong Nanshan textile and apparel Co., Ltd. was identified by the Ministry of industry and information technology as a key enterprise to track and cultivate its own brand of clothing and home textile.

In January 2018, Nanshan Zhishang testing center was recognized by China National Accreditation Committee for conformity assessment. In November, combed fabric won the national manufacturing single champion demonstration enterprise.

In 2019, it won the best scientific and technological innovation award of China International fabric design competition and the top ten leading enterprises of professional wear in China.

On December 22, 2020, Nanshan Zhishang was successfully listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

In August 2021, Nanshan Zhishang cup · formal design competition was officially launched
